1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, customized items, or sale items (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to original payment method

4. Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed based on stock availability

5. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
